Take a deep dive into story and equip yourself with the tools and knowledge required to bring your life into your story and your ideas to life. This two-day workshop will cover character development, world building, theme, structure and take a close look at the relationship between author and story; drawing on our own experiences to create meaningful and satisfying works of fiction. This is a wonderful opportunity for teen writers looking to expand their craft, meet like-minded creatives and be infused with first hand knowledge from industry professionals.

Age: Teens between 14-18 years
Cost for 2 Full-Day Programs: Members/Melbourne Young Writers Studio writers currently enrolled in term programs: $250 (incl gst), Non-members/Not-enrolled: $310 (incl gst)
