ONLINE WEBINAR: It’s Elemental: Finding the Detail to Enhance Your Description

Date:

With:

Emily Bitto

Rating:

ALL

Summary:

A carefully chosen detail can do so much work; whether in fiction or non-fiction, it can build character and setting, evoke a host of symbolic resonances, and bring your reader into the world of your writing in a visceral, bodily sense. But getting the balance between too much detail and not enough is notoriously tricky. With a combination of tuition, examples and exercises, this webinar will help you achieve that balance in your own writing. If you haven't done a webinar before, it's easy to join in. A few days before the webinar, you will be emailed a link. Click on the link to register with the platform on which the webinar runs. Then on the day of the webinar, you will be emailed a second link, to join the actual webinar broadcast.
