Details

A pitch is not a synopsis, but a good synopsis will help your pitch. This course covers both. Please note that participants must have completed at least a first draft of a manuscript to attend this workshop.

Saturdays 6 and 20 October, 10am-4pm both days.

You will learn

  • How to write a synopsis
  • to polish that all-important first chapter
  • how to create your pitch – through exercises on writing a pitch and practising a verbal pitch
  • a different way of looking at your manuscript and its ambitions, as well as how to realise them.

This workshop develops employment-related skills.
